The SEA Alliance launched a second round of its Change on the Water Fund.
The Fund aims to support projects in our member company supply chains that positively impact the human rights and labour standards of fishers and aquaculture workers. The Fund is open to members of the SEA Alliance and their partners. Each application must involve collaboration between two or more SEA Alliance participating companies and their partners, and match funding is required.
Applications for this funding round opened on 4 September 2023 and closed on 30 November 2023. The total funding available in this second round of funding is £48,000, with individual grants expected to be £10,000 – £15,000.

Find out more about the Change on the Water Fund and how to apply>We are really excited to be launching a second round of funding under our Change on the Water Fund. We established this fund in order to promote a collaborative model for addressing human rights issues that acknowledges shared responsibility for supply chains. Through this second round of funding, we are hoping to leverage additional investment from our member companies, and will be seeking to learn lessons as to what interventions have the most impact for workers in our supply chains.
