We are an active member of the Seafood Ethics Action Alliance (SEA Alliance) – a group of retailers, brands and fish processors working together to better understand human rights risks in seafood supply chains, and to work pre-competitively on driving positive change across the global seafood industry.

Their largest operations are in the UK, where they have over 3,600 stores. They also have businesses in the Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Tesco is the third-largest retailer in the world measured by gross revenues and the ninth-largest in the world measured by revenues. It has shops in five countries across Europe, and is the market leader of groceries in the UK (where it has a market share of around 28.4%).
