This Seafood Ethics Common Language Group (SECLG) bite-size meeting revisited the topic of responsible recruitment. It covered the recruitment of local and migrant workers, changes to migration patterns and recruitment practices, and how to ensure the remediation of worker-paid recruitment fees.

Through a series of short presentations this looked broadly at current recruitment risks, the shortage of labour and access to workers, and new initiatives to support responsible recruitment.
